Unveiling the Table for the Nation

The Fenland Black Oak Project’s black oak table was completed in time for the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and was placed on public view at glorious Ely Cathedral, close to the Fens where the giant tree lay undisturbed for five millennia. First, there was a grand unveiling by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal and I was delighted to have been invited to attend as one of three official photographers.
