These are shots of cars being driven at speed on the track, mainly using panning shots to convey a sense of motion. Without trackside privileges, it can be very hard to get a good vantage point and, at many race tracks, safety features, spectators and other photographers tend to get in the way. If most of the car is in focus, and the wheels and the background are suitably blurred, then I’m generally happy!
